Rapifarma uses TropiPay for card payments under its current terms. Enter your details only on the secure payment page and do not share passwords or security codes through chat.
If your card is declined
Check the card details and whether international purchases are supported. If it still fails, contact your issuing bank or try another card, as described in the FAQs.
Keep the confirmation
Check your email, including spam. If you do not receive a confirmation or have payment questions, contact Rapifarma with your order number without sharing sensitive card information.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay cash on delivery in Cuba?
Rapifarma’s FAQs state that payment is online and cash on delivery is not accepted.
