If a medicine arrives expired, damaged, with altered packaging, or does not match your order, do not use it and contact Rapifarma. Provide your order number and, if possible, photos of the product, batch number, and expiry date so we can review the case and explain the next steps. For other products, contact us to learn which warranty terms apply.

No. Payment is made online when you place the order. We do not accept cash on delivery.
No. The recipient in Cuba does not pay anything when the order is delivered.
You will receive updates by email and WhatsApp during the process. If we need to confirm delivery details, we will contact the recipient.
Check the card details and whether your card allows international purchases. If it is still declined, contact your bank or try another card. Rapifarma cannot see the exact reason for the decline.
Check your spam folder and make sure you entered the correct email address. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@rapifarma.shop or by WhatsApp with your name and order number, if available. Do not send card details.
You can request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery if the product is unused and in its original packaging. Medicines whose primary packaging has been opened cannot be returned. Email info@rapifarma.shop or contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason.
