La tobramicina es un antibiótico bactericida perteneciente al grupo de los aminoglucósidos. Actúa eliminando bacterias gramnegativas sensibles (como Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Proteus, entre otras) al interferir en la síntesis de sus proteínas.
Tratamiento de infecciones bacterianas externas del ojo y sus anexos, tales como conjuntivitis, queratitis, blefaritis o dacriocistitis.
