Refund and Return Policies.

  • Devoluciones: Aceptamos devoluciones dentro de los 7 días naturales posteriores a la entrega, siempre que el producto esté sin uso y en su empaque original. En el caso de medicinas que su empaque principal sea abierto, ya no se aceptará la devolución.
  • Proceso: Para solicitar una devolución, escríbenos a contacto@rapifarma.shop o via Whatsapp, con el número de pedido y el motivo. Te daremos instrucciones paso a paso
  • Refunds: Once the return is approved, we will process the refund to the same payment method within 5–10 business days.
